    Being from the south, my family likes a good gumbo

    Being from the south, my family likes a good gumbo. A roux from scratch takes time, patience and practice.Using this products makes it so easy to cook a yummy chicken/sausage or seafood gumbo.I sometimes add some fresh chopped seasoning (celery, green onion and green pepper) but it is not necessary.This product won’t disappoint.

    This turned out GREAT! I personally don't like red peppers and the ingredients state vegan beef base. I don't eat beef or pork so I'm not sure I will purchase again as I'm not sure what vegan beef base is. Hiwever, the taste was excellent and my FAMILY LOVED this. I added shrimp, crab, turkey sasuage and chicken.
