Jambalaya Girl’s “Jambalaya Mix “ was recommended to us by a friend who was from New Orlean. My husband and I thought it was outstanding and are looking forward to making it again. I was concerned because I previously made their Gumbo mix. My husband loved it and though I thought the flavor was wonderful, I cant’t tolerate spicy food. The Jambalaya mix was the perfect combination of flavor but not to spicy.

Making gumbo could not be any easier. The flavor reminds me of Gumbo I had in New Orleans. I’ll definitely buy again. It’s the easiest! I added a bag of frozen okra, sautéed andouille sausage, onion, and bell pepper to the mix and it came out delicious!
