Description

Authentic, easy New Orleans Dinner Mix  Just add chicken and sausage or seafood for a traditional meal. Package includes rice, seasonings and hearty dehydrated vegetables. No Artificial Flavors, No MSG Added, No Certified Colors. More Flavor, less heat. New Orleans cooking to us is about the flavor, not the heat. That's why our blends have more ingredients for a rich flavor and don't taste as salty or as spicy as other box mixes. Package contains (4) 8oz bags.

Unit Size 8 oz 4 pack

Ingredients: Rice, white onion, bell peppers, salt, vegan beef base (hydrolyzed soybean and wheat protein, maltodextrin, salt, natural flavors, autolyzed yeast extract, rapeseed oil, dehydrated onions, caramel, spices), paprika, garlic, flavor enhancer (hydrolyzed corn protein, autolyzed yeast extract, soybean oil added), palm oil, spice, caramel color, celery seed, chilies, silicon dioxide (anti-caking agent).

Following the instructions on the package yielded a great-tasting and healthy dinner

Following the instructions on the package yielded a great-tasting and healthy dinner. When I read that the Jambalaya Girl Jambalaya Seasoned Rice Blend was kid-friendly, I decided to buy, because mild spices are enjoyable for me, but hot ones aren't. I'm no kid, but I really like what this Jambalaya Girl is dishing out.

    I can’t lie

Posted by ALANA ALLEN on May 2nd 2020

I can’t lie... I was surprised. This is really good and really easy. Feels like I’m cheating making the gumbo bc it’s just that easy. I added turkeys necks, crab, sausage, okra, and shrimp.

    Make Gumbo

Make Gumbo. Eliminates the time it takes to stir roux.

I am from NOLaI usually cook from scratch and find the per mixed okay but not on the mark. We are particular when it comes to our expectations. This is delicious!I usually doctor up , but I added nothing to the seasoning!!! I used smoked sausage 1/2 of a green pepper and 1/2 onion. It was so amazing that I ordered more!Jambalaya Girl you honestly nailed itI’m gonna use this for dirty rice bc the seasoning is so incredibly perfect!!!!

    We love this mix

Posted by E Rassi on Mar 24th 2020

We love this mix. It's so easy to throw veggies, shrimp, chicken or sausage in and have a delicious meal within a half hour or so. I never have to add any spices to it, as it comes with spices pre-mixed. Definitely recommend!

    Taste was good

Taste was good. . Wish the roux was darker and thicker. My father in law was from New Orleans and my husband is real picky about his cajun/creole food.
