    I crave thus stuff. It's so good. They don't sell it at Sam's club anymore so I have to order it. When haven't had it in a while a little voice I'm my head whispers, then eventually screams "BUY JAMBALAYA GIRL!" I obey.

    I've been to culinary school & worked in restaurants for over 10 years and this is the best box jambalaya you can buy. Most people think it's homemade until you tell them it's not. I add more meat than that call for & don't need to add anymore seasoning. I like to use stock instead of water, it kicks it up a couple more notches. Easy to follow instructions and quick.
