This is a great alternative from crawfish this year to keep the Cajun atmosphere
This is a great alternative from crawfish this year to keep the Cajun atmosphere. Chest smoke it like a chicken. I’ve done 3 gators so far this year, been doing Cajun spice recipes but realize you can do any seasoning and it makes sense. Thinking of doing a Honey BBQ on one side and a Buffalo Sauce on the other.

I think the gator will be great! We won't cook it until Christmas, next week
I think the gator will be great! We won't cook it until Christmas, next week. My only issue is it's advertised as a whole gator but I received the large gator without the head and feet. I was hoping to have the "WHOLE" gator. Shipping was on time and packaged great!
