I add some everyday to fresh ground coffee. It seems to enhance the coffee flavor. 1 part chicory to 3 parts coffee.

I bought this product, chicory,one month ago to mix it with my coffee because I can’t drink lots of coffee anymore-stomach gastritis, I’m very happy with this product, original taste, good flavor. I preffered to be fine grounded but it’s ok this way also because I can use my grinder to make it as instant chicory.

Just back from a business conference in Louisianna last month and got "hooked" on the chicory coffee there. Couldn't go back to WA State without a few bags from a local shop. Got online when I was plum out, and found this website and decided to order - wow, I am sure glad I did. We are really enjoying making our own coffee/chicory mixture using this company's chicory product. Bought 3 - 5 lb bags, and so glad I did! Now I've got a bit of the South anytime I want it up here. Recently had to give up caffeine and the chicory is better than coffee! Wish I had given up coffee a long time ago. I'm hooked on chicory.

Very delicious and a great caffeine-free hot drink to have at the end of the day. I love the flavor. Chicory is such a comforting drink, and the New Orleans Roast version is maybe the best I’ve had! I drink straight chicory (no coffee) usually with some maple syrup to sweeten.
