I had to cut coffee out of my diet so I found this after I tried a Dandelion root and chicory root tea bag. It costs much less to mix my own and it gives that morning boost that's needed. I now sleep better and do not get the afternoon slump.

I mix this with my coffee and it is great. I have even mixed it with coffee I didn't like and it was still good. The supply of chicory coffee is very limited in my location but with pure chicory I can mix with any coffee I desire.
