Ingredients: Water, Salt, Lactic Acid (May contain traces of potassium sorbate used as a preservative in components of stuffed olives).

Dirty Martini

Ingredients

2 1/2oz Gin or Vodka
3/4oz Boscoli Dirty Martini Olive Juice
Boscoli Creole Pickled Onion (or Olive)
Ice

Directions Pour gin or vodka over ice, add Boscoli Dirty Martini Olive Juice, stir, do not shake. Crown with Boscoli Creole Pickled Onion or Olive.

Excellent product but noted that in addition to sediment (no problem...just shake it up) there were small white particulate inclusions. I removed with a fine mesh strainer & coffee filter. Taste was excellent...no hint of the pimento that many dirty martini mixes have!

Here is the review that I looked for, but could not find... This is a great product. If you love dirty martini's you can't go wrong with this. It is stronger than what you would get in your olive jar, so you need much less of it. With the size of these bottles, although it was a great savings, will hold us for at least 6 months! My sister found some smaller jars, but she didn't think they were very good.Bottom line, I will buy this product again!

It is definitely Olive brine. The juice looks slighty more pink in the bottle but it was still really yummy. Perfect thing to make a dirty martini.
