FINALLY!!!! A good olive brine! I have a dirty almost everyday and was wasting olives, trying to make my own brine and it just wasn’t the same. I tried this and LOVE it!! Just reordered cuz I have one to a good friend as a gift. It is a lot stronger than the brine out of the olive jar so I cut it a bit with water and it lasts a long time! Taste is amazing, I even pour it into olive jars so it keeps my olives from drying out! It seriously is waaaay good!

I have been a BIG fan of dirty martinis since college. As time passed my taste became more refined and good olive juice was difficult to come by - I would always run out of juice before olives. I took a chance in purchasing Boscoli - I figured, this product must be better than trying to squeeze the last bit of juice from the remaining olives remaining in the jar. I LOVE this stuff!! I just placed my second order. Some reviews say it is strong - I would tend to agree, but a true dirty martini should make a $20 hooker blush! Buy a bottle, you wont regret it.

Like Zing Zang for bloody Mary's, this is the beat mix we've tried for martinis. And have tried several. Dont buy too many bottles at one time. Bought 6 the first time, took a while to use them all, and the older bottles paper on inside of lid started breaking into pieces. Got in mix hard to get out. Buy 2 at a time or so

I love this stuff! It has a strong olive flavor! It isn’t watered down at all! I honestly highly recommend this before any other olive juice!

This is by far the best juice to use for dirty martinis. I prefer mine filthy abs the taste of the juice is far better than any of the others I have tried, there have been a few, and way better than the juice from the olive jar. This bartender says 2 thumbs up.
