Ingredients: Olives with Pimentos, Oil Blend (Soybean/Extra Virgin Olive Oil), Cauliflower, Carrots, Celery, Kalamata Olives, Red Bell Peppers, Capers, Pepperoncini, Water, Vinegar, Salt, Spices, Garlic and Calcium Chloride, Potassium Sorbate, Lactic Acid, Sodium Bisulfite and Yellow No. 5 as preservatives.

My wife is a New Orleans cajun
My wife is a New Orleans cajun. I love her muffalettas. We recently tried all three olive salads. Progress Grocery's, Boscoli's, and Central Grocery's. The flavor of the Central Grocery's was by far our favorite.However, Central Grocery's packaging is not the best. We have had broken jars, leaking jars, and jars that never appeared (broken in shipping?). We wish Central Grocery would do a better job of packaging. Note that we buy the 32oz size, it comes in a large glass jar.That said, we still buy Central Grocery, its worth the occasional problem with shipping!

If you love the muffaleta in New Orleans, then you will love this olive salad. Due to Covid flying anywhere is not possible for me but having the convenience if buying it like this until my next trip is great. This is the genuine Central Grocery Olive Salad and it was every bit as delicious as I remember.
