I read on the comments that people said that it's not the same as in Central Market, but after looking at some YouTube videos, it does show that the olives are whole. But what the preparer does as she puts it on the sandwich, she crumbles them, hence the bits and pieces. Those who complained should do this then their sandwich will be like what it is in Central Grocery.

This stuff is amazing
This stuff is amazing. I add it to salad or even use it in place of salad dressing. The olive salad has enough oil to use alone on a salad. Great flavors!
