Ingredients:  Olives with Pimentos, Oil Blend (Soybean/Extra Virgin Olive Oil), Cauliflower, Carrots, Celery, Kalamata Olives, Red Bell Peppers, Capers, Pepperoncini, Water, Vinegar, Salt, Spices, Garlic and Calcium Chloride, Potassium Sorbate, Lactic Acid, Sodium Bisulfite and Yellow No. 5 as preservatives.

    This is a super add for any sandwich, and it is an essential ingredient for your muffuletta. If you can't go to New Orleans Central Grocery, this will get you off to a good start when you're making your own at home.Note, it is a bit on the salty side.

    I read on the comments that people said that it's not the same as in Central Market, but after looking at some YouTube videos, it does show that the olives are whole. But what the preparer does as she puts it on the sandwich, she crumbles them, hence the bits and pieces. Those who complained should do this then their sandwich will be like what it is in Central Grocery.
