I now put this Olive Salad on EVERYTHING, Muffeletta, Pizza, Pasta, Salads, Meats and Fish, Scrambled Eggs...and sometimes I just walk past the fridge, open the jar and stab an olive

Excelent flavor, quality ingredients cheaper than a trip to Nawlins but just. I made my own a few months ago and it was close. Decided to try the real deal. Very tasty. Tried it on a italian sub today. Buying fresh cut deli meats and cheeses tomorrow along with fresh bread for muffaletta. Not putting my jar in the fridge. With as high of oil content as it is, it will get thick, white and sludgy. Ordered another one this year ('21). Box and jar had little bitty ants all over it. I rinsed them off the jar. Olives tasted brineier than I remember. Still very good. I ate most of it over a week but the last day I opened it, it had started to mold(?). Maybe order more in late fall.

There is nothing i don’t like about this salad!! If you have never had a Muffaletta sandwich, oh what you are missing!!!I am not a big fan of green olives but this is the bomb!! New Orleans in a jar!!But don’t get just any olive salad.......it has to be Central Grocery to be the best ever. If I could give it 20 stars, I would.

Our personal 2nd order. Used with bread as a dip, side dish, sandwiches. Packaged well .

delicious! Loved the big olives. Too much olive oil. Great on sandwiched. Also used it in potato salad, egg salad, tuna salad & chicken salad. It's delicious that way too.

I bought this along with “Aunt Sally’s New Orleans Mix and Central Grocery Olive Salad is far superior to the oily bland “sally’s“ product! Central Grocery. Olive salad is very tasty and I will definately purchase it again!

The real McCoy, fresh and tasty, but if you "reverse enginneer" it, can be made at home for far less.
