Ingredients:  Olives with Pimentos, Oil Blend (Soybean/Extra Virgin Olive Oil), Cauliflower, Carrots, Celery, Kalamata Olives, Red Bell Peppers, Capers, Pepperoncini, Water, Vinegar, Salt, Spices, Garlic and Calcium Chloride, Potassium Sorbate, Lactic Acid, Sodium Bisulfite and Yellow No. 5 as preservatives.

    I love this olive salad and always keep a jar of it in my refrigerator. It is packed so well when shipped i have never had a problem with breakage. It is pricey but worth it, as it has so many uses.

    Excelent flavor, quality ingredients cheaper than a trip to Nawlins but just. I made my own a few months ago and it was close. Decided to try the real deal. Very tasty. Tried it on a italian sub today. Buying fresh cut deli meats and cheeses tomorrow along with fresh bread for muffaletta. Not putting my jar in the fridge. With as high of oil content as it is, it will get thick, white and sludgy. Ordered another one this year ('21). Box and jar had little bitty ants all over it. I rinsed them off the jar. Olives tasted brineier than I remember. Still very good. I ate most of it over a week but the last day I opened it, it had started to mold(?). Maybe order more in late fall.
