Ingredients:  Olives with Pimentos, Oil Blend (Soybean/Extra Virgin Olive Oil), Cauliflower, Carrots, Celery, Kalamata Olives, Red Bell Peppers, Capers, Pepperoncini, Water, Vinegar, Salt, Spices, Garlic and Calcium Chloride, Potassium Sorbate, Lactic Acid, Sodium Bisulfite and Yellow No. 5 as preservatives.

    Made by the proprietors of the Muffaletta and well done. For a full sized Muffaletta bun the pieces are probably perfect but for a sandwich sized version it's a little chunky, so I chop them up smaller. Taste is on point.
