Ingredients:  Olives with Pimentos, Oil Blend (Soybean/Extra Virgin Olive Oil), Cauliflower, Carrots, Celery, Kalamata Olives, Red Bell Peppers, Capers, Pepperoncini, Water, Vinegar, Salt, Spices, Garlic and Calcium Chloride, Potassium Sorbate, Lactic Acid, Sodium Bisulfite and Yellow No. 5 as preservatives.

    Had a terrible craving for a muffaletta but knew I had to buy, or make, olive salad. I chose to buy it. So when I saw Central Grocery was selling theirs online, my search was over. It was delicious! Same as I remember from the last time I was NOLA buying a fresh sandwich directly from the store. will definitely be buying it again.

    This olive salad is yummy. It has a bright fresh taste and wonderful flavor. It makes the best muffaletta style sandwich. My husband and I wonder what else we can use it on like spaghetti.
