Ingredients:  Olives with Pimentos, Oil Blend (Soybean/Extra Virgin Olive Oil), Cauliflower, Carrots, Celery, Kalamata Olives, Red Bell Peppers, Capers, Pepperoncini, Water, Vinegar, Salt, Spices, Garlic and Calcium Chloride, Potassium Sorbate, Lactic Acid, Sodium Bisulfite and Yellow No. 5 as preservatives.

    Central Grocer Olive Salad makes the best muffaletta. Prefer to go to Central Grocer, New Orleans in person to lunch on one but making your own with their product is delicious!

    So delicious. I had to move out of New Orleans a couple years ago and it’s great to be able to buy something that brings me back to my time living there. At first I put it on sandwiches but I quickly put it on darn near everything I made.

    There might be other brands, but nothing compares to Central Grocery brand Olive Salad! I purchased another (cheaper) brand after...and there is just no comparison. This one has whole olives in it and large pieces of cauliflower...plus a perfect flavor blend of olives and olive oil. We have been to New Orleans and gone to the actual store location and had their muffaletta's; that was when we were hooked on their olive salad. THE BEST!
