Ingredients:  Olives with Pimentos, Oil Blend (Soybean/Extra Virgin Olive Oil), Cauliflower, Carrots, Celery, Kalamata Olives, Red Bell Peppers, Capers, Pepperoncini, Water, Vinegar, Salt, Spices, Garlic and Calcium Chloride, Potassium Sorbate, Lactic Acid, Sodium Bisulfite and Yellow No. 5 as preservatives.

    Muffuletta sandwiches are not the type of food everyone likes, so I was surprised how much my family (Jersey folks unfamiliar with New Orleans cuisine) loved them! The cost is a bit high, but this is the original olive salad used for Muffuletta, so you know you're making an authentic sandwich. You can use it in other ways, too, but man, those sandwiches are good!

    Central Grocer Olive Salad makes the best muffaletta. Prefer to go to Central Grocer, New Orleans in person to lunch on one but making your own with their product is delicious!

    So delicious. I had to move out of New Orleans a couple years ago and it’s great to be able to buy something that brings me back to my time living there. At first I put it on sandwiches but I quickly put it on darn near everything I made.
