I really enjoy the Dark roast with Chicory. The combination of the two make for a rich tasting, mahogany colored coffee that is consistent in strength and taste. I used to order from another firm, but their quality control was poor. Now I enjoy the New Orleans Roast and the consistency from pod to pod.

Rich and great tasting coffee, we have never had coffee with chicory and we were pleasantly surprised by the rich taste and smooth flavor of this coffee. It will be part of our regular orders along with southern pecan.

Both your dark roast and the dark roast with chicory are good. I can’t make up my mind which is best. Love both.

New Orleans Dark Roast & Chicory Coffee Is Yummy!! I had no idea it existed until I was given a box! I didn't have to add much cream or sugar because it has such a great taste! (I usually have to add 3 sugars and almost 4 creams to most other coffees) My grandmother enjoyed this coffee also and she said it's her new favorite!! We would both recommend this coffee to our friends and we would definitely buy it for ourselves!

This is the first time that I have tried a coffee from New Orleans Dark Roast and Chicory Single Serve. Before today, I have never tried any dark roast simply because I used to think that the coffee would be a little too strong for me. But testing this out made me feel like wow! I absolutely loved the taste of it. I loved the fact that it didn't taste burnt like many other coffees do. I generally don't like the burnt coffee taste and so that makes it a plus for this coffee. It also woke me up and energized me. I would buy this Dark Roast and Chicory Single Serve coffee again. It has a soft taste that is actually enjoyable. I wasn't aware of this brand before but I am so glad that I learnt about it and that I got a chance to try it. I would definitely recommend this to everyone. This is actually a coffee that I want to drink over and over again.

I kept looking for this blend. It's my favorite, and now that I've found it, I'm hooked.

Tried this a year ago and loved it. Friends from Louisiana mailed us a care package full and we are now able to order online in western by state.

I recently got to try (and will probably buy in the future) the New Orleans Roast- Dark Roast & Chicory single serve cups and they were much better than expected. I live in Louisiana, yet I have never heard nor tried this brand of coffee before. With this coffee being a dark roast, I was thinking it was going to be bitter and strong tasting but it was the complete opposite. It had a smooth light flavor without adding anything (sugar, creamer, etc) to it. I personally prefer coffee that are towards the lighter tasting side, so this was right up my alley. If you are an avid coffee drinker who likes coffee to wake you up with strong flavors then this may not be the coffee for you. I would recommend this coffee to anyone who enjoys lighter roast coffees.

This is a really great dark roast coffee. I usually go for medium roast as darks tend to have bitter after taste. Not this one! It goes down nice and smooth. My palate is not sophisticated so I couldn't tell you much about the chicory taste but the smell of the coffee was amazing as it was roasting. My husband prefers Dark Roast and he really enjoyed this variety. I would recommend this to dark roast lovers or for those like me who prefer lighter coffee because of the aftertaste but would like to venture to the dark side.
