Description

Manda Boudin, a traditional Cajun-style sausage delicacy, is made with a blend of rice & pork and seasoned with onion, bell pepper, green onions, and Cajun spices. Boudin tastes great on its own, and is often eaten in South Louisiana as a hot snack. With the casing removed, it pulls double duty as a versatile stuffing ingredient in dishes such as Stuffed Bell Pepper, or Stuffed Pork Loin.

    I got these as part of the sampler pack and they were the only ones I wasn’t crazy about. I felt they the parsley kinda overpowered the boudin.
