Description

A gumbo crab is a blue crab that has been cleaned, with the back removed, and the lungs extracted. These crabs are often used in gumbos and other seafood stews to add flavor to the dish. They are typically smaller and skinnier than whole blue crabs, and the meat is often incorporated into the gumbo.

    I have ordered the crabs several times. I wish this patch of crabs was bigger and cleaner. The delivery is quick. The packaging is great.

    This is my 3rd order of Gumbo Crabs. The crabs were delivered quickly in a styrofoam cooler still frozen. They are the perfect size for Gumbo. I will be ordering again and again!!!

    I am extremely happy with the Gumbo Crabs. First they were delivered fast and packed and wrapped in a cooler with sufficient ice packs. This is the second time I ordered and I will continue to order. The blue crabs ate perfect for my Gumbo with lots of flavor. The sale price is a really good price even with inflation these days.
