Crystal Hot Sauce 32oz

Good for buffalo sauce. My fiance was appalled when I used the whole bottle which she bought in Louisiana and demanded that I buy more even though she never uses it.

I've always avoided Hot Sauce in the past because for me it was just heat for the sake of heat and really the flavor wasn't there. I tried Crystal while on a trip just because it was a different option. Now I crave the stuff. Since Crystals is not available in SD I now have an arrangement with my Grand Daughter who lives in Louisiana to ship Crystals to me in exchange for Dorothy Lynch dressing she can't find there.

This is not what people should buy if you want "hot" sauce. This is flavor sauce that has a small kick to it. Being from New Orleans, this is what I use and all you find in anyone's kitchen back home. I am lucky enough to be able to get it sent to me while I am stationed in Germany.

I ordered this online because my grocery store stopped carrying it. This has been my favorite hot sauce for many years. I like it because it has a little bit more of an acidic flavor than Texas Pete, a little more lively.

Been using it for years and enjoy it more than any other I have tried. I think it's the best!

I and my daughters took a cooking class in New Orleans and the teacher was a big Crystal Hot Sauce fan. Once we tasted the dishes with Crystal in the recipe it was "Step back while I hunt for Crystal Hot Sauce to buy and take home." The sauce is special because it gives big flavor without burning out your tastebuds. It is not surprising that Crystal is a staple in New Orleans kitchens.
