It's Crystal Hot Sauce
It's Crystal Hot Sauce. Tangy sweet taste. Not the stuff to burn your tongue! I add it to many meals. I've used it for 40+ years. I buy the gallon to refill my smaller bottle kept on the kitchen counter.

I have been a fan of this brand for years
I have been a fan of this brand for years. It is not as hot as Tabasco, or as vinegary as Texas Pete or Franks, not as salty as Louisiana brand (my least favorite).Works fine as a condiment and makes very tasty buffalo wings.Good flavor profile, spicy and deep without worrying about making a dish unpalatable for kids, of guests.Crystal does offer an extra hot version and it is as advertised, bordering stupid hot.The only improvement the Crystal folks needed to make for me, was to offer the stuff in a gallon jug.
