We use this in several different recipes
We use this in several different recipes. First is muffuletta where we chop it quite a bit finer. Second is an Italian beef where it is added to the cooking liquid for the beef roast (no additional chopping required). We also add some as a condiment for Chicago Dogs.

Glad to have found this after visiting Central Grocery whole in NOLA. Really makes a special sandwich. May want to strain some of the oil out for sandwiches if you mind the dripping.
