Ingredients:  Olives with Pimentos, Oil Blend (Soybean/Extra Virgin Olive Oil), Cauliflower, Carrots, Celery, Kalamata Olives, Red Bell Peppers, Capers, Pepperoncini, Water, Vinegar, Salt, Spices, Garlic and Calcium Chloride, Potassium Sorbate, Lactic Acid, Sodium Bisulfite and Yellow No. 5 as preservatives.

    Bought this to recreate the muffalettas I used to get on lunch breaks when I lived in New Orleans. It tastes just as good as I remember. I also use it for other snacks & dishes. So flavorful!

    I bought several of these and they all leak oil

    I bought several of these and they all leak oil. They were packaged in the box fairly well though. Only one broke through the plastic and made grease spots on the box.

    I bought this to use in a Julia Reed recipe for crab salad, and it is delicious in that. However, now I keep it in my fridge all the time and use it in any green salad that I think needs a little extra olive flavor. They are also wonderful just for snacking.

    I have not been back home to Nola since January. At least I had the joy of eating my muffuletta at home which was a simple pleasure doing this time. I love central grocery. Have been going there since I was 5 and I am 60.
