Not being a Cajun and having lived in South Louisiana for 6 years, I had more than my fill of HOT sauce. I loved the taste of most, but I got tired of having 3 layers of skin peeled off the inside of my mouth. Then I found Cajun Chef, and WOW! This has all the great flavor of Tabasco sauce, but not the excessive heat. It's really delicious and not at all painful to eat. Unless you're a masochistic HEAT FREAK that expects your food to hurt, you'll love it, I promise.

I am a self professed connoisseur of hot sauces. I put hot sauce on practically everything. I get upset when I go grocery shopping somewhere and they are out if this when I need Louisiana hot sauce. I wait or go somewhere else to find it. I have tried them all and they don't compare. This is the best Louisiana hot sauce.
