My favorite hot sauce
My favorite hot sauce. I've never seen it in a store, but a local restaurant had some on the shelf and I got my first taste. It's not very hot, but it is one of the best tasting hot-sauces I've had. I'm usually not satisfied until capsaicin tears are streaming down my face and I'm embarrassing myself and those around me, breathing fire and smoke and assuring them that I'm fine. This sauce doesn't do that, but it is fantastic.

This is the best tasting hot sauce I have ever used
This is the best tasting hot sauce I have ever used. It has flavor without being insanely hot. I normally don't go for hot sauces, but this sauce made me start applying it on a lot of foods I never thought I'd use sauce on. I first saw this sauce in Po Boy's Restaurant in New Orleans in 1997. That was my first experience with it; it's been true enjoyment since.

I love this hot sauce especially the kind that is cajun
I love this hot sauce especially the kind that is cajun. Why cause I'm from Louisiana and they have the best in the world. When ever I'm eating fried catfish I always use Cajun Chef it makes it have a better flavor to it. I love the fact that it's hot you can get a stomach virous.
