    If you're reading these reviews deciding on a hot sauce you can stop. Buy this one it's amazing. I'm from the deep south and love cajun food and hot sauces. This is the best!!! my Wife from PA loves it too... we call it everything sauce because it's good on everything (seriously!) breakfast, lunch and dinner, low country crab/shrimp boils, etc. We buy it by the gallon and give gifts of the smaller bottles.*ps Cajun Chef don't ever stop making this stuff!

    This hot sauce isn't one of those gourmet snob sauces

    This hot sauce isn't one of those gourmet snob sauces. It is a our family's blend of heat and flavor. The problem is it is hard for me to find it in Orlando, FL at reasonable, grocery store prices. I ordered this gallon size jug and now, we refill hot sauce bottles with a turkey marinade injector. We don't use quite enough to use it all before it will age, but we shall see. I even found someone on eBay selling used hot sauce bottles (no joke). I picked them up for only a few bucks and now, I've converted my friends. If a lcal grocer doesn't pick up this stuff, it's good to know I don't have to do any more grocer stops when on business in TX.
