I really didn't know what to expect being that I've never heard of this company nor tried any of its products

I really didn't know what to expect being that I've never heard of this company nor tried any of its products. I live in an area where it is difficult to get hot sauce and I LOVE HOT SAUCE! I've always used Frank's Red hot sauce but couldn't get past the minimal $22.00 (total) a gallon and upwards to have it shipped here. Honestly, I gambled on this strictly based on the price point. Additionally, the ingredients looked somewhat similar to other hot sauces out there. So, if this stuff was close, I'd take it.WOW, was I wrong! This is an excellent hot sauce! It has a very sharp "bite" to it and lasts for quite a while, but nothing to where you're reaching for a glass of water and a spoonful of sugar afterwards. There's nothing cheap tasting about this and nothing to where it's trying to imitate another hot sauce. This is a legit hot sauce. If you're like me and you make your own wing sauce, you'll probably want to add a little more margarine or butter than you would with Frank's to bring the heat down a little. But again, it's not overwhelming.I am very impressed with stuff and just ordered another gallon right after I tasted this one. The only thing I can really compare this to is Frank's Red Hot sauce. I'm a lifelong Frank's guy but am quickly turning into a convert. Hope this helped.UPDATE: I just made some wing sauce with this stuff and it was absolutely awesome! The whole family loved it and I can't say enough about this product! LOVE IT!!!
