Ingredients: Water, Salt, Lactic Acid (May contain traces of potassium sorbate used as a preservative in components of stuffed olives).

Dirty Martini

Ingredients

2 1/2oz Gin or Vodka
3/4oz Boscoli Dirty Martini Olive Juice
Boscoli Creole Pickled Onion (or Olive)
Ice

Directions Pour gin or vodka over ice, add Boscoli Dirty Martini Olive Juice, stir, do not shake. Crown with Boscoli Creole Pickled Onion or Olive.

This makes a nice dirty martini and is a bargain compared with other brands. The smell and color are just right and there does appear to be a little sediment (a good thing). It's certainly better than using the fluid from olive jars which is not really the same.One thing that is a little odd though, is that the ingredients list doesn't mention olives at all (see picture). Whether this is an oversight or because there's so little olive material in it compared to the other ingredients is unclear.
