Ingredients: Water, Salt, Lactic Acid (May contain traces of potassium sorbate used as a preservative in components of stuffed olives).

Dirty Martini

Ingredients

2 1/2oz Gin or Vodka
3/4oz Boscoli Dirty Martini Olive Juice
Boscoli Creole Pickled Onion (or Olive)
Ice

Directions Pour gin or vodka over ice, add Boscoli Dirty Martini Olive Juice, stir, do not shake. Crown with Boscoli Creole Pickled Onion or Olive.

First, the very existence of this product is wonderful. I love a dirty gin martini and this elixir lets one make it as dirty as desired. And this brand is a good value. But I'm afraid I like Dirty Sue quite a bit better. I find the Boscoli has a little bit of a bitterness in the finish. Buy hey - that may be just what you are looking for. The acrylic bottles are great, don't break and do recycle. Mine came extremely well packed and padded and sealed.

I LOVE a dirty vodka martini, but the olive juice usually runs out before I have used all of the olives. So this is the perfect solution. I find the taste to be stronger than what you would normally find in bottled olives/ juice so experiment on the vodka to olive juice proportions before you serve to others. This is great though because these last forever! While strong, the taste is very spot on/ authentic. Probably recommend storing in the refrigerator as well.
