Boscoli Dirty Martini Olive Juice 12.7oz

Great product if you like dirty martinis and run out of olive juice. It's a bit more concentrated then the olive juice that you're used to that comes in the jar with the olives so my recommendation as a former bartender is to go a little lighter than you normally would

If you love a salty extra dirty martini, this juice is the best. Lots of olive flavor and just the right amount of saltiness for me.

I had a front tooth pulled for an implant a week ago -- between the disfigurement, discomfort, dental bills, and insurance finding loopholes to avoid helping with dental bills, I REALLY need a drink. Citrus-based cocktails seem to aggravate the wound (literally), so I'm re-visiting the dirty martini, which I've enjoyed on occasion but never elevated to a regular. Based on your high recs (and attractive price, given the fiscal wallop), I'm trying Boscoli first. Will update when I've tried it.Update 8/15/18 -- Not the magic bullet I was hoping for -- heavy, oily, and incredibly salty. I mostly use Mezzetta brine from the jar with just a little of this to round it out. Still looking for the perfect dirty mixer -- Stirrings, a brand I found locally, is more acidic but not so overwhelmingly salty.

Delicious! Much better flavor than using the juice from the olive jar. Definitely reordering.
