Ingredients:

2 1/2oz Gin or Vodka

Boscoli Creole Pickled Onion (or Olive)
Ice

Directions Pour gin or vodka over ice, add Boscoli Dirty Martini Olive Juice, stir, do not shake. Crown with Boscoli Creole Pickled Onion or Boscoli Family Stuffed Olive.

I love dirty martinis, but always run out of olive juice long before I run out of olives. I decided I would give this product a try to see if it would solve my problem. It works pretty well, but in my opinion is much more acidic than typical olive juice. Since I like my martinis extra dirty, this means I have to be very careful or I end up with a drink that is too acidic for my taste. Good product overall.
