Description

The Best Stop Original Boudin is put into a smokehouse to give it a savory, smoked flavor. The smoked flavor comes from wood chips used in the smokehouse. It does NOT contain liquid smoke. Smoked Boudin can be cooked in an oven, on a grill or barbecue pit, in an air fryer, or boiled in water.

Cooking

This boudin is very tasty and has a heat level of about black pepper. The smoke flavor is amazing. I like to thaw it and use air fryer 400° for 10 min. Gets you a nice crispy flavorful link.

This was the best smoked boudain that I have had in a while. Living in the Northwest I'm unable to find boudain since relocating from Texas. Southeast Texas born and transplanted to the northeast. Use to have family ring boudin when they'd come up to visit. Thankfully the Internet now allows me to just order it when I want. The smoked boudin was delicious. Perfect amount of smoke to it, nice and spicy. Creolefood shipped quickly and everything was still frozen when I opened it, and it sat outside on a 90 degree day until I got home from work.

Love this product. I live in indiana now but lived in south east Texas for a long time and loved boudin. I have tried a lot of companies and this one by far is the best. The boudin is very tasty and All ready smoked, I will most definitely be ordering more.
