Had boudin for the first time last summer while visiting family in Texas
Had boudin for the first time last summer while visiting family in Texas. I was unable to find it when I returned to Ohio. I was overjoyed when I found creole food would ship it to me! I ordered the smoked, the spicy, and the classic! They were all delicious! I will definitely be ordering again!
