Love this seasoning smaller container then I thought it would be so a little high for the size

I really like this seasoning. I use this to give a little extra oomph in my DIY camping meals. A tsp or two in a half cup of minute rice along with dehydrated sausage/peppers makes for a pretty palatable trail meal.What I like most about this seasoning is that it isn't 100% heat. That seems to be the downfall of a lot of Cajun seasonings. Well, Cajun cooking isn't just spicy or hot. No, the thing is the spice needs to be balanced with the flavor of the food...it needs to complement the flavor, not overpower it. That's what this seasoning does for me. It gives a neat background to the dish, but it's not the star player.Like Marylanders go for Old Bay, I go for this. It's also good for seasoning grilled chicken, shrimp, and I've done pretty well using this on trout as well. It is versatile and adds a lot to a dish. A good spice and I always keep some in my pantry.

This is our absolute favorite seasoning out of all of our spices. There is nothing that this cannot spice up. We use it on chicken, steaks, fries, shrimp, you name it we have used it. I only get the mild one as it is not too spicy for my kids. A plus that we get 2 with this order instead of 1 as we go through this quite a bit. I wished we had stores that carried this but getting it in the mail is even better. Try this seasoning, it will spice up your life.
