I typically order my Cajun spices from Louisiana but it is really spendy. I thought I'd give this brand a try and I know use it on just about everything. It has great flavor and it's inexpensive. I've purchased it a couple of times now and my family really likes it.

Great on eggs, soups, sauces, not too hot just a nice blend, can always add more to build heat but I would consider more flavor than hot
