Poche's Chicken Andouille is made with coarsely ground, lean chicken, salt, red pepper, black pepper, and garlic that is stuffed into beef middle casings and smoked heavily. Andouille sausage measures 1-1/2 to 2 inches in diameter. This sausage will enhance the flavor of any dish. Try it in gumbos, beans, jambalaya, pasta dishes, grilled, or even pan-fried. USDA approved.

My family has been in Louisiana for more than 200 years . I moved to Chicagoland in the 70"s and would stock up on my favorite foods when ever I came home to visit. Since Katrina not so much however. This sausage and your website has been a blessing to this Ole girl! You can take the girl outa luzianna But ya can't take luzianna outta the girl !
