Ingredients:  Olives with Pimentos, Oil Blend (Soybean/Extra Virgin Olive Oil), Cauliflower, Carrots, Celery, Kalamata Olives, Red Bell Peppers, Capers, Pepperoncini, Water, Vinegar, Salt, Spices, Garlic and Calcium Chloride, Potassium Sorbate, Lactic Acid, Sodium Bisulfite and Yellow No. 5 as preservatives.

    This is the only true Muffaletta olive salad. I've ordered 9 jars so far and I'm about to order 3 more. It doesn't last long around here.

    This is a good product, however grossly overpriced and sometimes the mixture is not the same as the jar before it. I tried the same product from Boscoli and never went back to Central grocery olive salad. The store, Central Grocery, on Decatur St in New Orleans has become very arrogant and not too friendly. It was very different years ago. I love their sandwich's but I can duplicate them pretty good.
