Ingredients:  Olives with Pimentos, Oil Blend (Soybean/Extra Virgin Olive Oil), Cauliflower, Carrots, Celery, Kalamata Olives, Red Bell Peppers, Capers, Pepperoncini, Water, Vinegar, Salt, Spices, Garlic and Calcium Chloride, Potassium Sorbate, Lactic Acid, Sodium Bisulfite and Yellow No. 5 as preservatives.

    Very good but I wish it had black olives too. We just add sliced Greek kalamata olives and blend it in a blender and it is delicious.

    If you want the original muffuletta olive salad, this is the real deal. Make yours ar home on ciabatta bread. Use Central Groceries recipe. They will keep refrigerated for at least 5 days. Just toast in a dry skillet when ready to eat. Bon Appétit!
