Ingredients: Olives with Pimentos, Oil Blend (Soybean/Extra Virgin Olive Oil), Cauliflower, Carrots, Celery, Kalamata Olives, Red Bell Peppers, Capers, Pepperoncini, Water, Vinegar, Salt, Spices, Garlic and Calcium Chloride, Potassium Sorbate, Lactic Acid, Sodium Bisulfite and Yellow No. 5 as preservatives.

Olive Salad arrived ahead of schedule and in perfect condition
Olive Salad arrived ahead of schedule and in perfect condition. I have had this before and it is still excellent. I am from N.O. and this is as I remember it. Shelf life is more than adequate, today is Feb. 4, 2021 and the jar has a BB date of 5/5/2022, for me that is more than long enough. I will get some Muffuletta from Jason Deli and add to make the sandwich perfect.
