This iconic New Orleans dessert features flavors of vanilla ice cream, brown sugar, spiced rum, and ripe banana with a hint of cinnamon. Bananas Foster was created at a local New Orleans restaurant in 1951 and has become a staple sweet treat for many residents across Louisiana.
The traditionally flambéed dish takes on new life as you integrate it with your coffee experience. This blend softens the bite of coffee while also bringing forward a myriad of flavorful additions.

Sometimes I mixed 1 lb with 1lb of their chicory and/or by itself, either way this is a great coffee. Bananas Foster aroma is not overwhelming but just enough to wet ones palette. Highly recommended !
