I was curious about 100% chichory coffee. It is just like dark roast coffee if nor darker. No wonder it suits well for Cafe au lait! I just received this the other day and it is excellent. Tried it both added to my dark roast coffee and by itself. Nice rich bold flavor, brightened my day and perked up my coffee. Been missing this since I was in NOLA. I have tried other brands and this is the best I have found.

I bought this hoping I could cut down on my caffeine intake but not consume all the chemicals in decaf... what a surprise! It’s absolutely delicious! I’m thrilled there are benefits to drinking chickpea because it has become my go-to warm beverage! Add a sprinkle of cinnamon on top of grounds before brewing and you have a perfect warm, nutty beverage! Love it!

Great substitute for decaf coffee, with added digestive benefits!! Flavor is excellent. I have used with coffee and drank alone and love both ways :-)

I love the taste of chicory--I live in New Orleans--so I add a Tbsp. of chicory to my regular coffee to get that great NOLA taste.
