Description

The 100% Pure French Laroux Chicory from New Orleans Roast™ adds a taste of NOLA to every pot you brew. Our three-pack deal on 12-ounce bags of ground chicory ensures you'll always have this traditional coffee substitute on hand for visitors and everyday sipping.

French settlers had roasted and brewed this dried root for centuries. When Civil War port blockades created a coffee shortage in the Crescent City, they mixed it with their meager supplies, and a new tradition was born. Today, chicory is enjoyed on its own as well as blended with coffee for a unique flavor that's popular among residents and visitors alike.

So impressed with my first 1 bag order of New Orleans Roast's 100% Chicory, am ordering 3 bags this time

So impressed with my first 1 bag order of New Orleans Roast's 100% Chicory, am ordering 3 bags this time. Great healthful product reduces caffine withdrawal jitters/headaches. I highly recommend incorporating 1/3 chicory to 2/3 ground coffee.

Delicious chicory. Definitely adds taste to decaf coffee. Reminds us of our trips to New Orleans. Now we just have to find beignets!!!

After I learned about the merit of the Chicory coffee, I started mixing with 50/50 coffee ground/chicory root ground which did not alter the coffee taste. Sometimes, I just brew with only chicory root ! I love it, especially helped digestive health.

I saw a vid online with Randy Jackson

I saw a vid online with Randy Jackson. He was saying chicory figured into his dramatic weight loss as a prebiotic feeding the probiotics he also heralded. Look for his picture now. Then order this. This is the good stuff, these are the right people. Just do it.

I shared my 3-pack with my sister and cousin, and we all love the taste

I shared my 3-pack with my sister and cousin, and we all love the taste. We're brewing the 100% chicory with coffee and experimenting with the ratio to get the perfect "taste." I'm so pleased with your product that I've ordered a 5# bag this time.

I am making it in the Keurig and still using milk as I did with coffee… oak, almond or coconut

I am making it in the Keurig and still using milk as I did with coffee… oak, almond or coconut. It was an easy switch from coffee in the morning!!
