Because of my elevated blood pressure I cannot drink regular coffee. Decaffinated coffee has become too bitter to my taste, and am also wondering whether it's processed in a healthy way. In popular super markets I could not find any adequate chicoree coffee, or they had none. Am very happy now that I found this offer from New Orleans . Roasters. A 5 lb package is very economic, especially because one needs less per cup for a dark looking coffee! Great Product and price!

I tried chicory for the first time due to being diagnosed with a coffee sensitivity. I was reluctant, but this product did not disappoint! It is so yummy, and I don't miss my coffee at all. I was drinking 50/50 coffee, so it took a week to get used to no caffeine, but I'm so happy I made the switch!

I really like the flavor. I just opened my 2nd pack of 3, so almost time to re-order. The delivery was fast. I don't ever want to go back to regular coffee because it is an excellent replacement. Decaffeinated, healthy and satisfying. It was a little bitter at first, but after I, duh, read the directions, it has been great.

A great substitute for coffee. I can drink this at night, and not disturb my sleep.
