    Manda's is a great basic smoked sausage that tastes good no matter what you use it in. It's my go-to smoked sausage for stocking the freezer. I fry it up for breakfast, grill it, and just use it in countless recipes. It's a great smoked sausage to start with if you're new to Louisiana meats. It's not spicy and works well for everyone.
