Manda's is a great basic smoked sausage that tastes good no matter what you use it in. It's my go-to smoked sausage for stocking the freezer. I fry it up for breakfast, grill it, and use it in countless recipes. It's a great smoked sausage to start with if you're new to Louisiana meats. It's spicy but not overwhelming. If you're adding it to a recipe, I would not recommend adding any additional heat if you're sensitive to spice.

Creole Food was a great find
Creole Food was a great find. I am able to order foods from Louisiana. I receive them in a Styrofoam ice chest and still frozen. Well worth the price. We lived in Louisiana for 60 years and now reside in Orlando Florida where there is zero good food.
