Description

This Cajun-style, smoked pork sausage is seasoned with a few basic seasonings and spices. Andouille is a traditional ingredient in Louisiana gumbo, and tastes great in many dishes.

    This is very good although it's not as spicy as I would like it to be. The texture is very good and excellent sausage for many dishes .
