Andouille is very tasty! Arrived frozen and fairly soon after placing an order. I like to experiment with food, so I tried frying it, grilling it and even adding to other foods. Cooks perfectly every time and the flavor is amazing! I've tried many products from this company, and every one has been great quality and delicious!

Excellent Andouille
Excellent Andouille. We recently moved from the Gulf Coast to Cape Cod and can had no way to prepare a decent gumbo, red beans, or jambalaya until we found this andouille at Creole Foods. The flavor of the Panda product is terrific. Our 10lb order sausage is shipped properly packed in dry ice and arrives totally frozen via Fed Ex within 3 days of ordering. We have ordered this product from Creole Foods several times before and will continue to do so. The shipping cost is a bit pricey but its thinly way to get andouille up here on the Cape. The local markets here simply don't have a clue what andouille is.
