- Ingredients: Boudin (Pork, Water, Pork Liver, Chopped Green Onions, Cooked Rice (Rice and Water), Celery, Onions, Seasonings (Salt (Sodium Silicoaluminate), Red Pepper, Black Pepper, Jalapeño (Jalapeño, Vinegar and Iodized Salt), Chopped Garlic in Water)), Cornmeal Enriched Degermed Yellow Cornmeal (Degermed Yellow Cornmeal, Niacin, Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin and Folic Acid)
