Slow-roasted broad-breasted whole turkey basted and seasoned with basil, thyme, garlic, onions, salt, and pepper. Fully cooked and arrives in gold foil sealed in a plastic bag.

• Cooking: Thaw in refrigerator for 48 hours. Two hours prior to heating, remove from refrigerator to room temperature. Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove from plastic but leave in foil. Place in pan and heat 60–70 minutes until internal temperature reaches 145°F. Can be served warm or cold
