I don’t like food that is too spicy hot. My taste buds just aren’t geared up for it but this is my favorite hot sauce. I love it because the predominant flavor is pepper, not vinegar, but the pepper isn’t so hot that my tongue hurts for 20 minutes. If you’re like me and enjoy a little bit of heat but not too much, give this a try.I’m fortunate to live in an area where it’s available at most grocery stores. This is a good thing because I go through quite a bit of it. It makes spectacular chicken wings and beautifully flavors eggs. I add a little bit to white sauce for creamed vegetables and use it to perk up fruit. Yes, fruit! A few drops of this on a banana or orange makes a great snack.Come on, be brave and give it a try. I don’t think you’ll regret it.
